Review and Giveaway of Thomas the Train & Friends Training Chopsticks!

Coming from an Asian family, one of the very basic skills that we all must possess is knowing how to use chopsticks. Chopsticks are as vital as rice in the Asian culture. I remember how challenging it was learning to hold chopsticks when growing up. The two wooden sticks would fall apart all the time and my food would often end up on the floor.  Till this day, I still don’t hold it the true proper way, but heck at least my food no longer drops to the ground. My older cousins had it harder back then when my old fashioned grandpa would hit their fingers and deprive them of food until they learn to hold the chopsticks properly!
I visited the NY Baby Trade Show recently to discover new baby product inventions and came across these really cool Edison training chopsticks, sold by Eden Marketing.

These 7-inches training chopsticks are connected at the tips with a cute character and come with finger guides. You can easily grip the two sticks together and open and close without any worries about it falling apart.  I wish I had these while growing up, it really is a brilliant way to train beginners and ease them into using real chopsticks after several uses.
To make learning fun and engaging for kids, the tips of these chopsticks come with adorable characters such as Hello Kitty, Pororo, Thomas the Train and Friends, and many more! They make these training chopsticks for even the left handed users!

It’s very easy to use. My 3 year old nephew fell in love with the Pororo character and wanted to use the chopsticks immediately.  He quickly caught on with these chopsticks and picked up his food with confidence. Now he barely uses the spoon or fork to eat because the chopsticks make eating fun for him.

Overall, it’s an outstanding product and quality of the material is very good and food safe. We absolutely love it for its creativity and adorable designs! I highly recommend it! Even adults can quickly learn with these training chopsticks and get rid of the forks and spoons on next visit to an Asian restaurant! Don’t be shy!
These chopsticks can be purchased for $5.99, click here http://tinyurl.com/krq4cv8.
Or you can win a set of Thomas & Friends chopsticks which consist of Thomas, Percy and James as pictured above!

  9. My son received a pair of chopsticks from the restaurant. He brought them home with him from the restaurant and prefers to use those over regular forks. I think it is adorable, so yeah, maybe I need to get him a few more for his meals.
