Review and Giveaway of the MASHA Food Masher!

I’ve been waiting for little Poppyseed to turn 7 months so I can begin to feed him baby food and I’m so happy this day has finally come! Feeding him breastmilk day after day for the past 7 months was just plain boring! I’ve been dying to feed him freshly made yams, avocados, apple sauce, steamed veggies, and more! The thought of baby food splattered everywhere by little Poppyseed actually made me smile!

I received a MASHA to share my honest opinion with you all and it couldn’t come at a better time. A MASHA is a handheld kitchen device that mashes food like potatoes, avocado, cake mix, and more!

The patented ROTOR-CONE technology in the Masha uses a low speed rotor to force ingredients through an outer mesh and give it a perfect consistency each time.  It is compact, easy to clean and safe for dishwashers.

So far, I used the MASHA to mash yams, avocados, boiled apples for little Poppyseed. It is incredibly easy to use, the power level is strong, and the mashed food definitely comes out in smooth texture.

What I like most about the MASHA is that the blade is made of high quality durable plastic, so no fear of any cuts or injuries when cleaning for clumsy people like me.

Because the MASHA is a handheld narrow appliance, I don’t have to transport the ingredients into a food chopper or blender just for it to be mashed. I can keep the food in the current pot or dish and mash away. That’s one less pot or dish to wash! The design is also very modern and sleek, goes well with my kitchen décor and doesn’t take up much space.
I highly recommend this product to you all, especially if you love making your own baby food and hate cleaning extra unnecessary dishes! I've chucked my chunky food chopper and use only the MASHA now to make my very own homemade baby food for little Poppyseed.
The MASHA can be purchased directly from the retailer, NexGenStore, by clicking here. Use promo code "masha01" to get 20% discount.

  7. I think I'd use this to "hide" veggies in my kids' food. They are older, and I hide pureed and mashed cooked veggies in spaghetti and other sauces, I hide mashed chickpeas in sloppy joes, etc. This should work great for things like that. Thanks for the giveaway!
